Welcome to Lazy Basye! This cabin is ideal for families, groups and couples with enough space for 10 people to sleep comfortably in beds and also plenty of space to hang out without being on top of each other! Two full indoor living areas, 3 full baths, great outdoor spaces including screened deck, covered hot tub, fire pit, and other deck, and fully equipped kitchen with huge island steps from Bryce Resort! Top to bottom renovation in 2020. Large sectional & TV over the fireplace on the main level and large rec room in lower level. Beautifully updated and appointed - all the amenities of home + more. Well equipped kitchen (filtered water, ice, coffee & tea, SS appliances, lots of dishes, pots and pans, kitchen gadgets - ninja blender, crock pot, coffee maker, hand mixer etc), 4 smart HDTVs, super fast internet, 2020memory foam mattresses (2 king, 1 Queen, and 2 Bunks (4 twins)), black out curtains and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, electric fire place and fire pit with free firewood, large hot tub that is serviced weekly, tons of useable outdoor space, lots of space and fun in the Rec room- pool table, Golden Tee golf arcade game, old school Nintendo, foosball table, lots of games and books. Side deck with gas grill and table seating, screened porch is additional living room with TV, sectional couch and expandable dining table. Linens provided (sheets, towels, beach towels for hot tub and lake, extra pillows and lots of blankets). Full size washer/dryer. Two minute drive to the resort! A few days worth of starter supplies are provided (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags); you may need to bring extra for longer stays. Laundry and dish detergent, shampoo and conditioner, and body wash and soap are provided. Full size portable crib and a pack n play and a high chair are at the house for your use. The home will be decorated for the holidays from November - early January. This is a two level house. The main level has the kitchen, living room with electric fireplace, 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 1 bunk room with two bunks), and two full baths (one en suite to the king room and one hall bath). The screened-in porch and side deck with gas grill are on this level. The lower level is a full daylight/ walk out basement and has 1 bedroom (king), full bath, rec room with sectional, 65” TV, pool table and foosball table, and laundry room. There is a deck with the hot tub on this level. The fire pit can be accessed by a path from this deck or from steps off the driveway. Parking/driveway is in the front of the house on main level.
